1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

If the return is approved due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, we will provide appropriate guidance regarding the return process.
For returns not caused by our error, return shipping arrangements and any associated costs may be the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
